One of our clients, a leading fashion house headquartered in Delhi at Shahpur Jat, has successfully launched fashion brands and brings a comprehensive approach that spans marketing, brand management, digital media, and more. With deep-rooted expertise in the Indian fashion landscape, the company also operates as one of the most exclusive buying and sourcing agencies from the subcontinent.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant (CEO) for our office at Shahpur Jat in Delhi.

Job Description

The Executive Assistant will provide support to the CEO in all responsibilities and administration of the CEO's office, including organizing and coordinating leadership meetings, developing minutes, and following up on actions.

  • CEO/ED/Founder Support: Provide executive support to the CEO in all responsibilities and administration of the CEO's office.
  • Leadership Meetings: Organize and coordinate all leadership meetings, develop minutes, and follow up on actions.
  • Strategic Business Planning: Assist in strategic business planning and follow up on key actions.
  • Communication: Maintain calendars and schedules, manage and organize documents, and liaise with clients and update the CEO regarding assigned work.
Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate with Fashion Solutions' Departments: Maintain key goals/targets of each department as agreed with the CEO and track and coordinate.
  2. Identify gaps/opportunities to streamline business processes and systems.
  3. Track, monitor, and update the ED on a daily basis on the progress of any initiatives/plans under execution.
Requirements
  • Graduate, MBA preferred.
  • 3-6 years of experience as an EA.
  • Good communication skills with a pleasing personality.
  • Excellent coordination skills and people's person.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs, reporting skills, and good organizing abilities.
