Job summary

AECOM India is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director, Advisory Division. The role involves driving the ED’s priorities, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring effective planning and follow-through.

  • Graduate in Commerce, Arts, Management from Delhi University or another reputed institution.
  • Up to 2 years of relevant work experience; strong fresh graduates may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Executive Director in planning, tracking and driving key priorities, team agenda and action items.
  • Coordinate with Advisory team and other internal functions to obtain updates, follow up and ensure timely closure of actions.
  • Manage the ED’s calendar, including meetings, travel, appointments and scheduling priorities.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, collate pre-reads, record key decisions and circulate concise action trackers.
  • Support planning and coordination for leadership meetings, client interactions, workshops and team events.
  • Handle routine administrative requirements with discretion, responsiveness and attention to detail.
