Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates seeks a Laboratory Executive Analytics to join the site R&D QC team in Hyderabad (HYD) within the Quality & Food Safety function. The role focuses on analytical testing, material verification, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and compliance.

The incumbent will lead analytical plans, monitor results trends, manage chemical stocks, and contribute to new method development under supervision.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years working experience in analytical or microbiological laboratory.
• Experience in Food/ Pharma industry preferred.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspection and analysis of incoming raw & packaging materials as per test plan; verify COA.
• Communicate status of materials/products for release/hold/rework/reject.
• Lead and ensure defined Analytical plan is executed; report results to QC/QA leadership.
• Maintain trend analysis for Analytical results; share with stakeholders.
• Track chemical consumption and arrange procurement to maintain stocks.
• Support in development and validation of new analytical test methods.
• Supervise Temporary Lab Associates to complete assigned jobs.
• Collaborate with Operations to monitor PRPs and troubleshoot CCPs.
• Assist in implementation of PRPs and conduct GMP/GHP/GLP trainings.

Exciting opportunity to join the site R&D team at HYD in Quality & Food Safety function as Laboratory Executive Analytics.

QC Associate shall work QC Laboratory (primarily Analytical section), in close coordination with Lab Team, Lab technical coordinator , Shift Manager, Supply Director, Product Development In charge, PPI, Planning team and other R&D Associates. He/she shall be responsible to follow approved test methods, lab equipment’s calibrations, maintain accurate records, timely internal/ external communication, close coordination with External laboratories, key Suppliers and Operations Team and maintenance of Laboratory assets.

What are we looking for?

• Educational & Professional Qualification. MSc –Chemistry with first class (or)/ B. Tech Food technology or MSc- in any Life Sciences, with Chemistry as one of the subjects in B Sc. with first class.
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in analytical or microbiological laboratory. Working experience with Food/ Pharma Company is preferable.
• He/She who is willing to Delivers Consistent Results and Creates Collaborative Relationships, with good written and oral Communication skill

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Closely work with Ops team and ensure effective monitoring of PRPs and in case of trouble shooting on failure of PRPs or CCPs
• Assist in effective implementation of PRPs, Conduct OJ Food Safety training, GMP GHP, GLP sessions for associate
