Job summary

Hikvision India in Kandivali - Mumbai seeks an Executive - Accounts Payable to manage daily AP tasks, verify SAP postings, and handle invoicing including TDS and GST. The role requires fast accuracy and collaboration with finance staff.

Ideal candidates hold a Commerce-related degree (B.Com/M.Com/MBA/PGDM) and have MS Excel skills, plus prior accounts experience, with the ability to work independently and coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Taking follow-up for daily petty cash report and posting entries in SAP after proper verification.
• Invoice Booking & Payment Booking related to TDS, GST, and other booking matters.
• Verify and post all capex (asset) and opex (expense) invoices in SAP.
• Prepare monthly reports on vendor aging, MSME open items, and other required reports.
• Co-ordinate with Travel desk team for local conveyance and tour expenses.
• Booking tour expenses of branches in SAP and preparing payment bank template for payment.
• Maintaining necessary data of petty cash and tour expenses.
• Settlement of Tour Vouchers of Employees within TAT.
• Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
