Job summary

ACUMEUS SOLUTIONS in Delhi seeks an Executive Accounts to manage day-to-day accounting, bank reconciliations, GST/TDS filings, and vendor payments. The role collaborates with store teams for billing and stock tracking and supports month-end closures with reports.

The ideal candidate holds a B.Com or M.Com, has 3+ years of accounting experience (retail/factory preferred), and is proficient in Tally; knowledge of GST regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• B.Com or M.Com degree required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in retail or factory environment.
• Knowledge of Tally is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records including vouchers, invoices, and journal entries.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, ledgers, and petty cash records.
• Assist in GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with store teams for billing, collections, and stock tracking.
• Support closing of books and reporting.
• Monitor vendor payments and payment schedules.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.

• Prepare bank reconciliations, sales and purchase ledgers, and petty cash records.
• Assist in filing of GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with store teams for billing, collections, and stock tracking.
• Support senior accountant with closing books and generating reports.
• Monitor vendor payments and maintain payment schedules.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.

Requirements

• B.ComorM.Com;
• 3+ years experience in accounting, preferably in a retail or factory environment.
• Knowledge of Telly is mandatory
