Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy invites applications for the role of EHV Execution Head to oversee end-to-end planning, execution and site management for EHV substations up to 765 kV across PAN India.

The candidate will drive project progress, coordinate with clients, suppliers and subcontractors, manage costs and safety, and mentor the project teams to achieve zero accidents and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• BE Electrical or Diploma Electrical qualification.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in EHV/Substations.
• Experience with PAN India project execution.

Responsibilities

• Project planning, execution and site management for EHV Substations up to 765 kV PAN India.
• Drive project progress and timely completion financially and operationally as per the planned timelines.
• Coordinate with Clients for approvals; build relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Improve working capital through efficient collection, inventory and project progress.
• Drive project billing for supply and erection to achieve planned top line.
• Drive operational cost effectively and keep project costs below plan.
• Drive safety culture across project sites with zero accidents/incidents.
• Improve field quality through robust processes and focused initiatives.
• Benchmark processes and initiate improvement; implement TOC-based PM and robust reviews.
• Strengthen billing, RA billing, cost booking with strong SOPs; train and develop the team.

Responsibilities

• Project planning, execution and Site management for EHV Substations upto 765 KV PAN India
• Drive project progress & ensure timely completion of all the ongoing projects both operationally & financially as per the planned timelines
• Building strong relationship with key suppliers, external consultants, Subcontractors
• Coordination with Clients in getting all approvals in time
• Working capital improvement below the budget by driving efficiency in collection, Inventory & project progress
• Drive Project billing (Both Supply & erection) to achieve desired top line as per the Plan.
• Drive operational cost effectively & achieve the project operation cost below the plan
• Drive Safety culture through proactive initiatives across all project sites & achieve Zero accidents /Incidents
• Improve field quality through robust process & focused initiatives
• Benchmark Key Processes & initiate Improvement
• Implementation of TOC based Project Management processes & robust review system for monitoring the project progress.
• Strengthen the entire system billing, RA billing, cost booking processes through robust review process & strong SOP
• Training and development of the team
