Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Catering Sales Coordinator to deliver exceptional service and drive event and catering success. You will act as a sales specialist focused on securing and growing catering opportunities, building lasting relationships with clients, and managing accounts through all stages of event planning.

In this role you will coordinate event logistics, liaise with banquets teams, and ensure seamless execution from inquiry to post-event follow-up.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations in a luxury international brand hotel.
• Good understanding of selling techniques and banquet knowledge.
• Computer skills in MS Office, email, Fidelio/Delphi/RESERVE will be an asset.
