Job summary

Tsaaro Consulting is seeking an Assistant Manager – Events & Community to lead our engagement strategy, plan webinars, conferences, roundtables, and meetups, and strengthen Tsaaro's presence across India and global markets.

You'll collaborate with leadership, marketing, consulting, training, and sales to deliver high-impact experiences, manage budgets and vendors, and track ROI for post-event reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • 4–5+ years of experience in event management, community building, marketing, corporate communications, or partnership management.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end corporate events, webinars, conferences, or professional communities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of webinars, conferences, workshops, roundtables, networking events, and community meetups.
  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies to grow Tsaaro's presence across online and offline platforms.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with industry experts, speakers, partners, academic institutions, and professional communities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, consulting, training, and business teams to create high-impact event experiences aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage event budgets, vendor coordination, sponsorship activities, venue logistics, and stakeholder communication.
  • Drive community growth across platforms including LinkedIn, Discord, WhatsApp, and other forums.
  • Track event performance, engagement metrics, attendee feedback, and ROI; prepare post-event reports.

What is the Role About?

The Events & Community - Assistant Manager roleat Tsaaro is focused on driving strategic community engagement throughimpactful events, partnerships, and networking initiatives. You'll takeownership of planning and executing webinars, conferences, roundtables,workshops, meetups, and community-led initiatives while developing long-termengagement strategies that strengthen Tsaaro's ecosystem.

You'll collaborate with leadership, marketing, consulting,sales, and external stakeholders to build meaningful experiences that positionTsaaro as a leading voice in Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, AI Governance, andDigital Trust.

You'll get to:

  • Leadthe end-to-end planning and execution of webinars, conferences, workshops,roundtables, networking events, and community meetups.
  • Developand execute community engagement strategies to grow Tsaaro's presenceacross online and offline platforms.
  • Buildand nurture strategic relationships with industry experts, speakers,partners, academic institutions, and professional communities.
  • Collaboratewith marketing, consulting, training, and business teams to createhigh-impact event experiences aligned with business objectives.

  • Drivecommunity growth across platforms including LinkedIn, Discord, WhatsApp,and other professional forums.
  • Trackevent performance, engagement metrics, attendee feedback, and ROI whilepreparing detailed post-event reports and recommendations.
  • Createevent calendars, communication plans, newsletters, promotional campaigns,and engagement initiatives to maximize participation.
  • Identifynew partnership opportunities and innovative engagement formats thatenhance Tsaaro's visibility and thought leadership.
  • Mentorjunior team members and coordinate cross-functional execution to ensuretimely delivery of community initiatives.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor'sdegree in Marketing, Communications, Management, Business Administration,Event Management, or a related field.
  • 4 – 5+ years of experience in event management, community building,marketing, corporate communications, or partnership management.
  • Provenexperience managing end-to-end corporate events, webinars, conferences, orprofessional communities.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and event management or CRMtools.
