Role & responsibilities

  • Client Coordination Act as the primary point of contact with clients before, during, and after events.
  • Event Planning – Understand event requirements, finalize booth type, layouts, props, and logistics.
  • Execution Excellence – Supervise setup, operation, and dismantling of photobooths at venues.
  • Team Management – Coordinate with attendants, photographers, and vendors to ensure smooth flow.
  • On-Ground Brand Experience – Ensure every guest interaction reflects The Good Ex and Snapbot’s fun vibe.
  • Troubleshooting – Quickly resolve technical or operational challenges at events.
  • Reporting – Maintain event reports, client feedback, and operational checklists for review.
  • Quality Control – Ensure equipment, prints, and digital outputs meet Snapbot standards.
  • Upselling & Engagement – Spot opportunities to upsell add-ons and engage clients for repeat business.
