At Utsav, we plan luxury weddings for families that expect world-class experiences. We’re looking for someone who knows how to sell dreams through design — and can do it without the fluff.

This is not a back-office design role.

You'll lead the visual narrative from the first call to the final pitch, working closely with leadership to convert client conversations into mandates.

If you're someone who’s designed luxury weddings or premium events before, and gets what it takes to impress clients in the first 5 slides, we should talk.

What will you do

• Build moodboards, themes, and visual decks that help clients see the wedding before it happens.
• Sit in on early prospect calls and lead the design conversation with confidence.
• Turn client cues into themes they can emotionally (and financially) commit to.
• Create design content for marketing: themes, reels, visuals we can run as ads.
• Contribute to design-led blogs and visual storytelling pieces.
• Maintain a living design library of themes, palettes, inspirations, and ideas.

What we’re looking for

• Up to 6 years of design experience in weddings, premium events, or hospitality (this is a must).
• A portfolio that shows you know how to balance aesthetic, scale, and sensibility.
• Comfortable using PowerPoint + any core design tool you love (Adobe/Canva/Figma).
• Client-facing confidence — you’ll be joining key calls and representing the design narrative.
• Someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and has good taste (we notice that).

Work setup

• Hybrid – 3 days a week from Delhi
• Collaborative, lean, fast-moving team
