Job summary

Infosys is seeking an ETL Testing professional for PAN India operations focused on Data Warehouse and Big Data testing. You will analyze requirements, design ETL test plans, and validate extraction, transformation, and loading across multiple data sources and targets.

You will verify data quality, perform database testing with complex SQL, and collaborate with data engineers and BI teams to resolve issues. Knowledge of SDLC/Agile and experience with tools like Informatica, Talend, and JIRA is

Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years of experience in ETL Testing and Data Warehouse Testing.
• Proficient in writing and executing complex SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools Informatica, Talend, SSIS, DataStage, or Pentaho.
• Experience validating ETL workflows, mappings, transformations, and data pipelines.
• Knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts: Star/Snowflake schemas, fact and dimension tables.
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Teradata, or Snowflake.
• Strong defect management using JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with SDLC, STLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Big Data Testing using Hadoop, Hive, Spark, or Databricks.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Familiarity with BI reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, or Business Objects.
