atsMantra® seeks an experienced Data Testing Engineer to validate ETL/ELT pipelines, perform data warehouse testing, and design API tests. The role emphasizes Python-based test automation with a focus on data accuracy and API reliability.

Mandatory experience includes ETL/ELT testing, API testing, and Python automation. Proficiency in Python programming is essential, with Playwright preferred for automation. Java- or Selenium-only automation does not meet requirements.

We are seeking an experienced Data Testing Engineer with expertise in ETL/ELT testing, data warehouse testing, API testing, and Python-based test automation. The role focuses on validating data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, and testing APIs and data-driven applications.

Important: This role requires experience in ETL/ELT testing, API testing, and Python-based automation. Java- or Selenium-only automation experience does not meet the requirement.

Mandatory Skills

• ETL/ELT and data warehouse testing

• Test automation using Python, preferably with Playwright
• Good proficiency in Python programming

• ETL/ELT, database, and data warehouse testing
• API testing using Postman / Rest Assured
• Basic knowledge of Kafka
• Manual testing

• Zephyr or another test case management tool

Key Responsibilities

• Perform ETL/ELT and data warehouse testing to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Validate data pipelines, transformations, and data integrity using SQL.
• Design and execute API test cases.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python.
• Perform manual and database testing as required.
• Identify, report, and track defects using JIRA or similar tools.
• Collaborate with development and data engineering teams to deliver quality solutions.

Should have strong experience in ETL Testing and SQL, along with expertise in at least one or more of the following technology combinations:
