Job Summary : We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented ETL QA Engineers with a strong background in data testing and a solid understanding of data warehouse and BI concepts. Ideal candidates will bring expertise in SQL, ETL tools, Snowflake, and Azure, along with experience in the banking domain.

Experience: 6-10 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Mode of Work: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end ETL testing, including data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance.
  
  

• Validate and test data pipelines using tools such as Talend Cloud Data Integration, Pentaho/Kettle.
  
  

• Execute tests on Snowflake data warehouse environments.
  
  

• Debug SQL queries and perform complex data validations using advanced SQL.
  
  

• Collaborate with cross-regional teams (APAC, EMEA, NA) to troubleshoot data/code issues and identify root causes.
  
  

• Perform data readiness checks and ensure data quality standards are met.
  
  

• Use tools like JIRA and Xray for defect and test case management.
  
  

• Test Change Data Capture (CDC) tools such as Qlik Replicate and Compose.
  
  

• Coordinate with development and business teams to align test strategies and timelines.
  
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience in ETL testing and Data Warehousing concepts.
  
  

• Proficient in SQL and able to perform complex debugging and data analysis.
  
  

• Experience working with Snowflake and Azure is highly desirable.
  
  

• Familiarity with banking domain applications is mandatory.
  
  

• Good understanding of third-party data providers like Bloomberg, Reuters, MSCI is a plus.
  
  

• Experience with State Street and Charles River Development (CRD) is considered an advantage.
  
  

• Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and SQL-based utilities.
