Job summary

Aarushi Infotech in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Software Testing/QA professional focused on Data Warehouse and ETL testing. You will validate complex SQL queries, STM mappings, and BI reporting while coordinating with cross-functional teams in Agile sprints.

Strong hands-on DW/ETL testing experience, Unix/Linux familiarity, and proficiency with major RDBMS are required. Collaboration with business users and data teams is essential for data quality assurance.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of hands-on experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
• Strong experience in Data Warehouse and ETL Testing.
• Good exposure to BI applications and reporting validation.
• Strong SQL skills with complex queries (joins, subqueries, aggregations, validations).
• Experience in Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) validation.
• Knowledge of ETL concepts and testing methodologies.
• Good understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks.
• Unix/Linux command proficiency.
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Teradata).

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end data quality validation across ETL pipelines.
• Design, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for DW/ETL projects.
• Validate BI reports and dashboards for accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with data engineers and BI teams in Agile sprints.
• Participate in requirement analysis and risk assessments.
• Support test data management and data profiling activities.
