Job summary

3i Infotech is seeking a Tester - Data, BI Dashboard & Reports & Analytics Automation - AI to ensure quality and reliability of enterprise data platforms, BI dashboards, reports, analytics solutions and AI-powered applications.

The role requires 4 to 6+ years of testing experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work in a cross-functional, Agile environment. Prior BFSI exposure for US-based customers and expertise in ETL, BI dashboards and automation testing are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience : 4 to 6+ years in testing data, BI dashboards and analytics automation.
• Experience in BFSI Banking & Lending domains for US-based customers with ETL, BI dashboards and reporting automation testing.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Able to translate requirements into detailed test scenarios and write comprehensive test cases.
• Experience in Agile - Scrum environments and tools like Jira & Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Validate data pipelines, BI reports, and analytics solutions for accuracy and reliability.
• Test automation of data and analytics workflows using Playwright, TestMu or UFT.
• Coordinate defect management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet timelines.
• Ensure data quality, performance, and compliance across enterprise data platforms.
• Validate integrations with Tableau, Snowflake and related BI tools.

Must have :

Experience in BFSI Banking & Lending Domains for US based customers with ETL, BI Dashboard and Reporting Automation Testing Experience.

We are looking for a skilled Tester - Data, BI Dashboard & Reports & Analytics Automation - AI to ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of enterprise data platforms, BI dashboards, reports, analytics solutions, and AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in validating data pipelines, business intelligence reports, AI/ML models, and automation frameworks while ensuring high data quality, performance, and compliance.

Extensive Hand's on experience in:

Ability to understand & to articulate / translate to test scenarios.

Ability to author detailed level test cases based on types / categories

Thorough in test case executions on accuracy & outcomes - per industry standards.

Ability to identify / manage defect management process.

Working in Agile - Scrum environment.

Test platforms. (Jira & Confluence)

Database platforms (SQL Server, Oracle) with querying on data / validations.

Products testing with integrations.

Product - Tableau, Snowflake

Automation tools: Playwright, TestMu , UFT or any other Testing automation platform.

Certifications preferred.
