ConnexR Solutions Pvt Ltd in Pune is seeking an ETL QA Engineer with hands-on GoldenSource testing experience. You will validate ETL processes, data migrations, source-to-target mappings, and data quality across financial datasets. Strong SQL, HP ALM/JIRA, and SDLC/STLC understanding are required.

The role is day shift with a hybrid work model from Pune, immediate to 4 weeks notice, and involves collaboration with ETL developers and business stakeholders.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ETL QA Engineer with hands-on experience in GoldenSource platform testing . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ETL testing, database validation, data migration, source-to-target mapping, and data quality assurance across financial or enterprise data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Perform ETL testing and validate data extraction, transformation, migration, and loading processes.

Develop and execute SQL queries for data validation, reconciliation, and data integrity checks.

Validate source-to-target mappings and business transformation rules.

Perform end-to-end testing of data warehouses and reporting applications.

Test GoldenSource data feeds, workflows, and data integration processes.

Conduct data quality checks, regression testing, and defect tracking.

Prepare test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test execution reports.

Collaborate with ETL developers, business analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements.

Identify, document, and track defects using HP Quality Center, HP ALM, or JIRA.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production data validation activities.

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience in ETL Testing and Data Migration Testing.

Hands-on experience with the GoldenSource platform .

Strong SQL skills, including complex queries and data validation.

Experience in database testing and source-to-target data reconciliation.

End-to-end testing experience.

Hands-on experience with HP Quality Center / ALM.

Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.

Preferred Skills

Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Ab Initio, Talend, or SSIS.

Knowledge of financial data domains and financial data management.

Familiarity with Unix/Linux commands.

Experience with JIRA and test management tools.

Exposure to ETL test automation and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms.

Candidate Requirements
