Job summary

Talent21 is seeking an ETL Developer with 6+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain robust data integration solutions using Talend Data Integration. You will bridge business needs and technical execution in an Agile environment, building scalable, secure, high‑performing data pipelines.

Based in Pune, India, you will collaborate across teams, implement CI/CD for ETL components, optimize SQL queries, and ensure governance and security standards while delivering incremental business

Qualifications

• ETL development with strong data migration and transformation experience.
• Proficient in Talend Data Integration, Grafana, SQL, Kafka, Java and Azure foundations.
• Experience with other ETL tools, OpenTelemetry, HTML, MQ is a plus.
• Solid understanding of DWH concepts, data modeling, and SQL optimization.

Primary Skills:

• ETL Expertise:6+years of dedicated, hands‑on experience in ETL Development, with a proventrack recordin data migration and complex data transformation projects.
• Primary Tool:Talend Data Integration (DI), GRAFANA, SQL, KAFKA,Solid foundational knowledge ofJava& Azure fundamentals
• Secondary: Any ETL tool,Open telemetry, HTML, MQ.
• Data Architecture:Strong foundational understanding of core ETL concepts, Data Warehousing (DWH) architecture, and Data Modeling principles.
• Database Proficiency:Advancedproficiencyin writing andoptimizingSQL queries. Robust experience with at least two major database technologies (e.g.,SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
• Agile Mindset:Practical experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks, with a knack for automation (CI/CD, automated testing for ETL).
