Job summary

Visteon Corporation is seeking an AVB Engineer for the IVI platform to advance our software-defined, electrified vehicle initiatives.

You will design and implement AVB-TSN components, optimize IEEE 802.1 TSN standards, and work across Linux/RTOS and AUTOSAR-based environments within a global automotive team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure AVNU certification readiness, and contribute to a fast-paced, innovation-driven culture at Visteon.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing AVB-TSN components for automotive and embedded systems.
• Implement and optimize IEEE 802.1 TSN standards (gPTP, AVTP).
• Strong Ethernet/network knowledge for IVI systems.
• Experience with Linux, RTOS and Classic AUTOSAR platforms.
• Experience with AVNU certification for AVB-TSN.

AVB Engineer for IVI platform & products

Qualification, Experience and Skills

• Experience in designing , developing components in AVB-TSN for for Automotive and Embedded Systems applications
• Implement and optimize IEEE 802.1 TSN standards (gPTP, AVTP)
• Good Knowledge in Ethernet and Network features in In-Vehicle Infotainment systems
• Strong understanding in Ethernet, VLAN (802.1Q), QOS Concepts, Diagnostics
• Experience in Linux, RTOS and Classic Autosar based platforms
• Experience in AVNU certification for AVB-TSN

Reporting Structure

Reports to the Project/Platform lead who handles the responsibility of the BT feature for that Project/Platform.
