Job summary

Serendipity Corporate Services in Chennai invites a skilled Automotive Ethernet Test Engineer to design and execute test suites for Ethernet-enabled ECUs, ensuring robust validation across functional and system levels. You will validate AVB/TSN features, time synchronization, and network performance, analyze traffic with Wireshark and Vector CANoe/CANalyzer, and document results in clear test reports.

4+ years in Automotive Ethernet testing and hands-on AUTOSAR Ethernet experience are required,

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Automotive Ethernet Testing.
• Strong knowledge of Automotive Ethernet, TCP/IP, UDP, VLAN (802.1Q) and QoS.
• Hands-on AUTOSAR Ethernet experience.
• Experience in AVB or TSN (Time-Sensitive Networking).
• Understanding of gPTP/PTP (IEEE 802.1AS).
• Experience with Wireshark and Vector CANoe/CANalyzer for protocol analysis.
• Knowledge of Layer 2/Layer 3 networking concepts.
• Experience in Automotive ECU integration and validation.

Responsibilities

• Experience using Wireshark and Vector CANoe/CANalyzer for protocol analysis and debugging.
• Knowledge of Layer 2/Layer 3 networking concepts.
• Experience in Automotive ECU integration and validation.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Embedded Linux or RTOS.
• Basic understanding of C/C++ for debugging.
• Experience with test automation or scripting (Python is a plus).
• Familiarity with JIRA, ALM, or other defect management tools.
