Responsibilities
- The primary task is to handle calls from customers and provide them with a solution to their issues.
- Show the willingness to learn new things continuously.
- Discuss every matter with the supervisor or team leader to resolve any issues.
- Provide resolutions to customers or clients as a primary responsibility.
- Effectively provide customer service by resolving complicated queries and issues.
- Set goals efficiently to avoid escalations while maintaining relevance and quality in customer support.
Skills
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- An effective communicator, fluid in speech.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Flexibility to adapt to any environment or changes in the sector.
- Patience and motivation towards learning new things and executing them effectively on a day-to-day basis.
