Responsibilities

  1. The primary task is to handle calls from customers and provide them with a solution to their issues.
  2. Show the willingness to learn new things continuously.
  3. Discuss every matter with the supervisor or team leader to resolve any issues.
  4. Provide resolutions to customers or clients as a primary responsibility.
  5. Effectively provide customer service by resolving complicated queries and issues.
  6. Set goals efficiently to avoid escalations while maintaining relevance and quality in customer support.

Skills

  1. Fluent in English is a must.
  2. Good oral and written communication skills.
  3. An effective communicator, fluid in speech.
  4. Basic computer literacy.
  5. Flexibility to adapt to any environment or changes in the sector.
  6. Patience and motivation towards learning new things and executing them effectively on a day-to-day basis.
