Job summary

Indore Composite is seeking an ESG Data & Reporting specialist to collect, validate, and submit data on energy, water, emissions, waste, and safety. You will support ESG, Sustainability and CDP reporting and coordinate EcoVadis assessments to ensure compliance.

You will assist Life Cycle Assessments, train staff on ESG/RBA standards, and work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations and HR to close action items and maintain records in line with UNGC principles.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ESG Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions.
• Experience with ESG data collection, validation and reporting.
• Familiarity with ESG, Sustainability and CDP reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate and submit ESG data related to energy, water, emissions, waste and safety.
• Support preparation of ESG, Sustainability and CDP reports.
• Coordinate and submit EcoVadis assessments to meet applicable compliance requirements.
• Support Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) to evaluate the environmental impacts of products and processes.
• Conduct employee training and awareness sessions on ESG and RBA standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Utilities, Operations and HR/Admin teams on ESG compliance and closure of action items.
• Support tracking of ESG performance indicators and maintain relevant records and documentation.
• Stay aware of ESG Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions and applicable UN Global Compact (UNGC) principles.
