Role Description: ESG Analyst

Position: Full-time Remote
Xetanova seeks a dedicated ESG Analyst to drive its sustainability initiatives. The ESG Analyst will focus on conducting thorough ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) analyses, preparing detailed sustainability reports, evaluating environmental data, and formulating strategies to enhance environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth ESG research and data analysis.
2. Prepare sustainability reports aligned with recognized reporting frameworks.
3. Analyze environmental data and interpret results for strategic recommendations.
4. Stay updated with the latest ESG trends, regulations, and frameworks.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed ESG principles into organizational processes.
6. Provide actionable recommendations to improve environmental, social, and governance performance.

Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in data analysis, environmental data interpretation, and sustainability reporting.
2. Strong understanding of ESG principles and widely adopted reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
3. Proven experience in ESG research, strategy development, and stakeholder engagement.
