Qualifications

• 7–10 years in corporate data analytics; at least 5 years in People Analytics/HR Data Governance in multi-company models.

Responsibilities

• Author and enforce the Group HR Data Dictionary and data standards.
• Lead data cleansing and audit data quality across databases.
• Design and build executive dashboards and scorecards (PowerBI/Tableau).
• Deliver automated insights on headcount, attrition, labor costs, and diversity.
• Move analytics toward predictive modelling and evaluate attrition drivers.
• Ensure compliance with DPDP Act and GDPR data privacy frameworks.

The ESaaS - SAP - Functional - HCM role is pivotal in our Group HR Data Governance Framework. You will author and enforce data standards, ensuring data integrity across our business applications. Your expertise will be crucial in leading data cleansing strategies and auditing data quality, especially during system migrations. Additionally, you will design and maintain executive dashboards and scorecards, providing real-time insights to our leadership team. Your analytical skills will be utilized to develop predictive models and evaluate key HR metrics.

Responsibilities

• Author and enforce the Group HR Data Dictionary, defining data standards and system owners.
• Lead data cleansing strategies and audit data quality across databases, resolving issues.
• Design and build executive dashboards and scorecards using tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
• Deliver automated insights on headcount, attrition, labor costs, and diversity to executives.
• Move analytics towards predictive modelling, evaluating attrition drivers and quality of hire vectors.
• Enforce compliance with data privacy frameworks like DPDP Act and GDPR.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and privacy.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR data governance and analytics.
• Provide recommendations to improve data quality and system utilization.

Qualifications

• Education : Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Economics, or MBA with quantitative focus
• Certifications(desired): SQL and Python/R proficiency; BI platform certification (PowerBI/Tableau)
• Experience: 7–10 years in corporate data analytics; minimum 5 years specifically in People Analytics/HR Data Governance within multi-company corporate models
