• Handling desktop (outlook, antivirus, basic networking, hardware /OS / Applications troubleshooting).
• Should have good working experience on DNS etc.
• Responding to user’s client support requests.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
• Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
• Basic English communication required should be able to talk and resolve the customers problem regarding laptops on site
• Os installation /troubleshooting.
• software issue handling.
• Laptop hardware parts replacement.
• Bike and driving license is mandatory.
