Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is seeking an ERP Specialist Advisor to join our team in PAN India, Karnataka, and across India. The role focuses on Oracle Fusion Financials, including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Tax, and intercompany processes.

You will lead requirement gathering, design sessions, and CRPs, while coordinating with technical teams for integrations and data conversions. Mentoring junior consultants and guiding clients through quarterly updates are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, SLA, Expenses, Tax, Budgetary control, intercompany).
• Strong accounting background and end-to-end Fusion implementation exposure (minimum 2).
• Lead requirement gathering, business process workshops, and solution design sessions.
• Prepare functional/solution design documents and configuration workbooks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare FDDs, SDDs, configuration workbooks, and business process documentation.
• Lead CRPs, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities.

• Provide production support, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Guide clients through Oracle quarterly updates and regression testing.
• Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Mentor junior consultants and review project deliverables.
• Act as the primary functional contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

• Oracle Functional Specialist Financials
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle fusion financials GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, SLA, Expenses, Tax, Budgetary control, intercompany.
  • Minimum 2 end to end fusion financial implementation exposure
  • Need to have strong accounting background
  • Lead requirement gathering, business process workshops, and solution design sessions.
  • Analyze business requirements and recommend Oracle Fusion Financials best practices.
  • Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
  • Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), configuration workbooks, and business process documentation.
  • Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go-Live activities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, data conversions, and extensions.
