Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. seeks an ERP Specialist Advisor to join our team in PAN India, Karnataka (IN-KA). The role focuses on Oracle Fusion Financials across GL, AP, AR, FA, and related modules with 8+ years of experience.

You will lead requirements gathering, workshops, and solution design sessions for successful implementations. You will coordinate CRPs, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities, collaborate with technical teams, and provide production support.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, SLA, Expenses, Tax, Budgetary control, intercompany).
• Lead requirement gathering, business process workshops, and solution design sessions.
• Prepare FDDs/SDDs and configuration workbooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRPs, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data conversions.
• Provide production support, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Mentor junior consultants and review project deliverables.
• Act as primary functional contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

We are currently seeking a ERP Specialist Advisor to join our team in PAN India, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle fusion financials - GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, SLA, Expenses, Tax, Budgetary control, intercompany.
• Minimum 2 end to end fusion financial implementation exposure
• Need to have strong accounting background
• Lead requirement gathering, business process workshops, and solution design sessions.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend Oracle Fusion Financials best practices.
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), configuration workbooks, and business process documentation.
• Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go-Live activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, data conversions, and extensions.
• Review functional specifications, test scenarios, and configuration deliverables.
• Provide production support, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Guide clients through Oracle quarterly updates and regression testing.
• Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Mentor junior consultants and review project deliverables.
• Act as the primary functional point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• MBA/CA/CMA/CPA (Preferred)
