Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Procurement Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay implementations and support. The role requires deep expertise in SSP, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, and Supplier qualification, along with strong data migration, OTBI, and BI Publisher capabilities.

You will work with clients to gather requirements, design functional solutions, perform configurations, and drive testing and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement
• Experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Procurement implementation and support
• Strong knowledge of P2P lifecycle and Oracle Fusion modules (SSP, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, etc.)
• In-depth understanding of procurement configuration, approvals, supplier management, and AP/GL integration
• Hands-on with data migration, integrations, OTBI, BI Publisher, SIT/UAT, and production support
• Ability to analyze business requirements, conduct workshops, and propose Oracle best practices
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills; able to work independently in a consulting environment
• Willingness to work UK shift and support activities during UK business hours

Oracle Fusion Procurement Functional Consultant – Key Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement, with strong expertise in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business process.
• Proven experience in multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion Procurement implementation and support projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production support.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Procurement modules, including Self-Service Procurement (SSP), Purchasing, Supplier Qualification, Supplier Portal, Procurement Contracts, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Receiving, and Invoice Matching.
• In-depth understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle, including procurement configuration, approval workflows, supplier management, purchasing, receiving, invoice validation, and integration with Oracle Financials (AP, GL).
• Hands-on experience in data migration, integrations, OTBI, BI Publisher/XML Publisher reporting, system testing (SIT/UAT), incident management, production support, and Oracle Fusion quarterly updates.
• Ability to independently analyze business requirements, provide functional solutions, conduct client workshops, and recommend Oracle best practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills, with the ability to work independently in a consulting environment.
• Willingness to work in the UK shift and support business-critical activities during UK business hours.
