Job summary

Lighthouse Info Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator/PMO to oversee ERP projects from initiation to closure in Nagpur. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor project milestones, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain budgetary controls.

The role requires strong communication skills, experience with Agile methods, and proficiency in project management tools to manage multiple projects in a dynamic IT environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a ERP Project coordinator or similar role in the IT industry.
• Understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, including Scrum.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong grasp of project management tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end ERP project implementation, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of the projects.
• Understand project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria with clients.
• Discuss with team the detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to meet milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams, conduct regular status meetings, and address issues proactively.
• Keep watching on project budgets, resources, and expenses, & maintain quality standards.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and user training.
• Act as the main client contact, fostering strong relationships throughout the project.
