Job summary

Bayer CropScience Limited is seeking an ERP Functional Analyst to manage the CORE SAP CCM/PCA Pricing module on an S/4 HANA basis. The role focuses on configuring, deploying and optimizing CCM templates across global deployments, while coordinating with business GPOs, IT teams and external partners.

The candidate should have extensive SAP CCM experience, strong cross-cultural collaboration skills, and the ability to drive complex rollout projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field and equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive SAP experience, with 3+ years in SAP CCM.
• Hands-on CCM configuration/customization experience and strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in global/intl deployments and cross-functional teams is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, deploy, and support our global CCM template in S/4 SD across Bayer’s processes worldwide.
• Lead rollout projects with client exposure and manage stakeholder integrations.
• Drive cross-functional teams to design and implement CCM solutions aligned with business needs.
• Stay updated on SAP CCM features and best practices to optimize the S/4 HANA landscape.
• Lead support activities and coordinate with external IT Operations suppliers and SAP.

ERP Functional Analyst - CORE SAP PCA Pricing & CCM

POSITION PURPOSE:

• As part of our Bayer Contract to Cash IT team, manage our global S/4 HANA–based ERP platform rolled out worldwide under program CORE; partner with our business and IT Contract to Cash team members to design as well as manage the CORE template solution and deployments of CORE in countries focusing on rebate and incentive processes; support our organization’s operational and project needs as a detail-oriented individual with technical expertise in the SAPmodule Condition Contract Management.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, implement, deploy, enhance and support our global template solution within S/4 SD for Bayer’s business processes worldwide
• Play a leading role in rollout projects with strong client exposure and management of integrations with different stakeholders
• Drive cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement CCM solutions that align with business objectives and operational requirements
• Stay updated on SAP CCM features, enhancements, and best practices to continuously optimize and improve our S/4 HANA landscape
• Lead support activities (Incidents, Q&A, Service Requests, Root‑cause analysis, bug fixing,...) Management of and collaboration with external IT Operations supplier as well as SAP

WHO YOU ARE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience Minimum of 8 years overall IT Experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive, relevant experience with SAP.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP module Condition Contract Management.
• Hands‑on experience in configuring and customizing CCM solutions Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies is a plus
• Good problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders
• Previous experience working internationally or within cross‑cultural teams is highly desirable
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment
