Job summary

ATMECS Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Senior Analyst to lead and support global finance initiatives, align with business goals, and partner with IT, stakeholders, and leadership.

You will own finance workstreams including GL, AP, AR, FA, cash management, budgeting, and reporting, translate processes into D365 solutions, drive data migration and integrations, and mentor junior analysts while contributing to ERP roadmap.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance experience.
• Completed at least 2 end-to-end D365 Finance implementations.
• Strong functional expertise in core finance modules and processes.
• Experience with requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Knowledge of financial controls, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of other D365 SCM modules is an advantage.
• Experience with data migration, integrations, Power Platform, and reporting tools is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or CA.
• Microsoft D365 Finance Functional Consultant certification preferred.

• Gather and document business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and recommend best practice solutions.
