About this opportunity

We are now looking for a Technical Authority Expert to be responsible for technology leadership, expertise & support extending through the full cycle of Create, Sustain & Evolve for its respective domain!

What you will do:

1. SME Technical Lead Radio Performance (2G/4G)
2. KPI formulae, KPI degradation and KPI troubleshooting and analytical and synthesis capabilities
3. Solid knowledge of operation and troubleshooting of multivendor telecommunication equipment (Multi Layers)
4. Parameter tuning for ZTE-2G/Nokia 4G, extensive experience on ZTE-GSM/Nokia-LTE and features, parameters, counters and KPI formulas and experience of Key Event KPI Assurance.
5. Analyzing & fixing different network-related issues and proactive communication with customers to understand the queries.
6. Identifying network issues and providing solutions for improvement.
7. Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders for delivery execution and excellent knowledge of ISF Functionality.

You will bring:

1. Degree in Engineering preferably in Electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunication or equivalent with 3+ years of experience
2. Good hands-on experience of ZTE 2G Radio Optimization, 4G Nokia Radio Optimization.
3. Detailed knowledge of Services and customer segmentation.
