Overview

• Candidate shall have experience in handling the launching and erection of U Girders in similar large scale construction projects (Elevated Metros).
• Candidate shall have good knowledge about Tandem Erection using cranes, Launching Girders and other erection schemes.
• Candidate shall have good knowledge Precast Segment Launching, Prestressing works and associated risks and challenges.
• Planning the launching sequence for achieving, Allotting works to efficient contractors
• Troubleshooting of arrangement for launching gantry
• Erection, operation & maintenance of launching truss.
• Planning and execution of load test of launching gantry.
• U Girder span Spherical bearing and elastomeric bearing installation.
• Performed pre-commissioning and commissioning.
• Dealing execution all type of major structure, Executing Pilling work, pile testing, Girder launching, Prestressing.
