Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental research on listed companies and sectors.

• Prepare initiation reports, updates, sector and thematic research notes.
• Track earnings, management commentary, industry developments and market trends.
• Interact with management, industry participants, and clients.
• Generate investment ideas and actionable recommendations for institutional clients.
• Support sales teams and institutional clients with research insights and market updates.
• Monitor sector developments, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic trends.

Role Overview

We are hiring Equity Research Analysts for the Institutional Equities Desk across multiple sectors. The role involves conducting fundamental research on listed companies, building financial models, publishing research reports, and supporting institutional clients with actionable investment insights.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies, and the ability to independently track companies and sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed fundamental research on listed companies and sectors
• Build and maintain financial models, earnings forecasts, and valuation frameworks
• Prepare initiation reports, result updates, sector reports, and thematic research notes
• Track quarterly earnings, management commentary, industry developments, and market trends
• Interact with company management teams, industry participants, and channel partners
• Generate investment ideas and actionable recommendations for institutional clients
• Support sales teams and institutional clients with research insights and market updates
• Monitor sector developments, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic trends
• Maintain databases, financial projections, and research documentation
