Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is assisting a leading institutional broking firm to recruit an Equity Research Associate for its Institutional Desk in Mumbai. The role focuses on Indian equity markets, fundamental research, and supporting senior analysts.

You will build financial models, track quarterly results, participate in management meetings, and help prepare research reports. 1–4 years of experience, CFA/CA/MBA preferred, strong Excel and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in Equity Research (Sell Side preferred).
• Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and MS Excel.
• CFA/CA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced institutional setup.

Responsibilities
