Job summary

Planify Capital Limited is seeking a dynamic equity advisor with 3-5 years of experience in the unlisted shares market to join our client-focused team in India. You will advise clients on private market investment opportunities, drive sales, and build strong relationships with HNIs and institutional clients.

The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, plus the ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles and coordinate with internal teams to execute transactions

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in the unlisted shares market

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on investment opportunities in unlisted equity shares.
• Generate new business through outbound calling, referrals, and client networking.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, investors, and channel partners.
• Understand clients' investment objectives and recommend suitable unlisted equity opportunities.
• Execute the complete sales cycle from lead generation to transaction closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
• Track market developments, company updates, and valuation trends in the unlisted space.
• Maintain accurate client records, follow-up activities, and sales reports in CRM.
• Achieve assigned revenue and business targets.
