A leading global provider of digital business solutions is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in Hyderabad. The role involves providing IT support to employees across multiple regions, troubleshooting various technical issues, and managing user accounts. Candidates should have a diploma or bachelor's degree in IT, with 4+ years of experience and excellent skills in problem-solving and communication. The Technical support specialist, reports to the Manager, IT Service Desk and is part of the information systems team. The candidate will solve various technical issues encountered by Equisoft employees based in India, South Africa and Australia. The candidate may be required to support other regions as well.

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE
Provide users with IT support (workstations, telephones, mobile phones, etc.)
Answer their questions correctly
Diagnose and solve user problems
Assign requests to the appropriate person
Carry out the support of computer equipment (and printers)
Manage user accounts
Provide support to employees located in different offices
Perform other related duties
MUST-HAVES
Diploma/Bachelors of Computer Applications in Computer Support/Computer Science/IT
4+ years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of Windows business environments and office software
Excellent knowledge of Office 365 components
Excellent verbal and written knowledge of English
Excellent knowledge of networking and issue troubleshooting skills
Experience of laptop hardware maintenance
