Job description

Project Reports, Coordination and Quality Assurance

  1. Identify the analysis requirement, coordinate with teams, and finalize specific requirement.
  2. Send quotations and proposals to clients based on their stated requirements.
  3. Follow up on progress of work items and communicate with project team members.
  4. Capture detailed minutes of meetings, while organizing and distributing relevant information to appropriate stakeholders.
  5. Ensure project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables.
  6. Provide status updates on projects, indicate key milestones and take project decisions to leadership for guidance.
  7. Gather, analyze, specify, validate, and document both business and functional requirements of stakeholders, along with customers or business users.
  8. Gather, scrub, organize, analyze, and present insights from data.
  9. Analyze, comprehend, and document current processes through participation in and/or facilitating of brainstorming sessions, root cause analysis or other discovery practices with stakeholders.
  10. Perform analysis of business processes, highlighting issues and challenges, then recommending solutions and improvements.
  11. Develop and implement test plans to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  12. Communicate plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders.
  13. Understand quality assurance requirements and undertake it.

Making Quotations and Requirement Projections

  1. Build pricing models for current and potential clients.
  2. Oversee the coordination of implementing new clients across the finance functions.
  3. Support the pricing manager in delivering client annual budgets.
  4. Manage deadlines to ensure timely completion of all pricing asks.
  5. Participate and support special projects requiring additional analysis.
  6. Mapping out the leads and ensuring proper research for the same.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,086.00 – ₹30,201.08 per month
