Job Description:

• Establishing and troubleshooting LAN networks.
• Customize desktop hardware and software to meet user specifications.
• Configure and maintain the Local & Network printer.
• Physical Server Maintenance (Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS).
• Basic Working knowledge of Linux.
• Installing and Configuring Server and Application Software.
• Resolving and closing of IT tickets within the time period.
• IT Assets, Warranty and Vendor Management.

Knowledge In:

• Linux OS (optional) and Windows OS
• Routers, Switches and Hubs
• Linux Terminal and Command Prompt command
• Content Management

Key Qualifications:

• Passionate about LINUX
• Positive attitude to resolve problems
• Good communication skill (Speaking and Writing)
• Knowledge in Excel/Google Sheets/LibreOffice, knowledge in v-lookup.

Qualification:

• Any Graduate with Computer Background
• Diploma also welcome

Experience:

• IT: 1 year (Preferred)
• Desktop Support Administrator: 1 year (Preferred)
