Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM FP&A Consultant with 10–15 years of experience in EPM, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting.

The candidate will lead end-to-end Oracle EPM Planning implementations, drive solution architecture, and collaborate with finance and business teams to deliver scalable planning and forecasting solutions for enterprise-wide financial decision-making.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of overall experience in Enterprise Performance Management, FP&A, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong expertise in Oracle EPM Planning and implementation lifecycle management.
• Experience in business process design and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops with Finance, FP&A, and business stakeholders.
• Design and implement Oracle EPM Planning solutions for budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, workforce planning, capital planning, and project financial planning.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle EPM solutions.
• Define planning models, business rules, data forms, dashboards, KPIs, and reports.
