Job summary

Qualifications

As an EPM-PBCS/PCMCS - Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies. You will collaborate with clients to assess their performance management needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools, helping clients improve their financial planning and analysis processes and achieve their performance objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. Responsibilities

• Collaborating with clients to assess and address their performance management needs using Oracle technologies
• Designing and implementing Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting
• Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools
• Analyzing client needs to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
• Managing and inspiring junior team members to deliver quality work and grow their skills
• Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client connections and deepen technical skills
• Utilizing critical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop insights
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
• Utilizing strategic data analysis to inform business decisions
