Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking an EPM FCC Techno/Functional - Associate to join our Oracle-focused practice. You will work with global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services to design Oracle-based budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions.

You’ll learn, collaborate, and grow while delivering value to clients through hands-on exposure and structured development programs. You will gain experience in performance management, financial planning, and data analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant role.
• Fluent oral and written English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to assess performance management needs using Oracle technologies.
• Design and implement Oracle-based budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting solutions.
• Provide training and support to enable seamless Oracle EPM tool adoption.
• Analyze client requirements to improve operational efficiency and achieve objectives.
• Conduct business process analysis to identify improvements.
• Develop and maintain FP&A processes to enhance client performance.
• Use OBIEE for strategic data analysis and reporting.
• Assist in resource allocation and cost management aligned with client goals.
• Apply digital tooling and AI-human collaboration to consulting services.

As an EPM FCC Techno / Functional - Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle enterprise performance management solutions, collaborating with clients to assess their needs and design Oracle‑based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will be part of a dynamic team that helps clients optimize operational efficiency through seamless integration and utilization of business applications. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

• Supporting the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve client outcomes

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 1 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
• Utilizing strategic data analysis to inform business decisions
• Applying business process analysis to optimize workflows
