Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an Oracle PBCS/EPBCS consultant to implement planning solutions in client-facing roles in India. You will design financial reports, dashboards, data integrations, and scalable planning solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in PBCS/EPBCS, strong SQL and Groovy scripting skills, and experience with FP&A processes in multinational environments.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in customer-facing implementation projects, especially Oracle PBCS/EPBCS.
• Hands-on expertise in PBCS/EPBCS.
• Experience with dimension hierarchy management, data integration, Management Reports, Smart View reporting, Web Forms, dashboards, Task Manager, business rules, Groovy Scripting, security, approval workflows, and financial process optimization.
• Experience implementing Workforce, Financials, Capital, and Projects modules in EPBCS preferred.
• A degree or background in Finance or Accounting is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement Oracle Planning and Budgeting financial planning solutions using PBCS/EPBCS.
• Design and deploy Financial Reports, Web Forms, Dashboards, Business Rules, Smart Lists, Management Reports, Security, and Approval Workflows.
• Develop Data Integrations between source systems, including file-based integrations, Pipelines, and Data Maps between cubes.
• Develop and maintain complex business rules, aggregations, and dynamic calculations.
• Collaborate with FP&A to gather requirements and prototype solutions.
• Conduct system testing and deliver end-user training.
• Troubleshoot metadata and data load issues and perform data validations.
• Work with clients to understand business objectives and deliver scalable, high-performance planning solutions.
• Define process automation using EPMAutomate and Batch Scripting.

• A degree or background in Finance or Accounting is a strong advantage
