Job summary

Oracle seeks an EPM Lead specializing in ARCS to design, develop, and deploy enterprise reconciliation solutions across configuration, data integration, testing, and implementation. The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in EPM with hands-on ARCS/ARM experience and deep finance knowledge, ready to travel as needed from Chennai.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of EPM experience with hands-on ARCS or ARM implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong finance and accounting background including GL and sub-ledger knowledge.
• Experience translating requirements into scalable reconciliation and integration designs.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Job Description

As an EPM Lead specializing in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), you will lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise reconciliation solutions across design, configuration, data integration, testing, and deployment support. You will collaborate with technical experts, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Oracle EPM solutions and to define the scope, effort, and approach for new initiatives. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in ARCS and ARM, solid knowledge of reconciliation compliance and transaction matching, and the ability to design best-fit architecture for complex business needs. You will assess existing architecture, guide platform integration with third-party services, and support proof-of-concept development. The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of EPM experience, strong finance and accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and readiness to travel when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and application design for Oracle ARCS and ARM implementations.

Skills - Mandatory

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 12+ years of EPM experience, including strong application development background on Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Functional Skills: Experience in requirement gathering and solution design.
• Oracle Products: Sound knowledge of Oracle ARCS and ARM, with strong understanding of reconciliation compliance and transaction matching.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong finance and accounting background, including general ledger and sub- ledger knowledge.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on ARCS experience is required; experience with standard and custom reports is essential.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Good to Have

• Experience with consolidation tools and close-related reconciliation processes.
• Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion EPM Product Suite beyond ARCS.
• Exposure to integration design or third-party service connectivity.
• Application of AI agents in EPM.
• Automation of identified tasks.
