Mandatory

• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.
• Strong expertise in solution architecture, including translating business problems into effective technical designs.
• Experience defining the scope, sizing, and technical approach for technology initiatives.
• Hands-on experience designing and anchoring Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations between enterprise platforms and third‑party services.
• Ability to design and develop complex technical features based on business requirements.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with technical experts and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Good-to-Have

• Experience delivering EPM solutions in large‑scale or complex enterprise environments.
