Job summary

Capgemini India is seeking an experienced professional to manage and enhance customer relationship solutions using Optimizely (Episerver) to improve engagement and digital experiences. You will gather business requirements, analyze journeys, and translate them into scalable Optimizely-based solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in CRM, Digital Experience Platforms, or Optimizely implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS, Episerver Commerce, Personalization, and DXP platform.
• Knowledge of Customer Experience (CX), CRM processes, content management, and digital marketing workflows.

Your Role

Your Profile

• 6+ years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Digital Experience Platforms, or Optimizely (Episerver) implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS, Episerver Commerce, Personalization, and DXP platform.
• Knowledge of Customer Experience (CX), CRM processes, content management, and digital marketing workflows.
• Experience working with .NET/C#, APIs, integrations, SQL Server, Azure Cloud, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills with the ability to drive customer success initiatives.
