Job summary

EPAM Systems in Pune, India seeks a Java Full Stack Developer with 5–13 years of experience to design and deliver secure, scalable financial services software.

You will work with Java 17+, Spring Framework, Hibernate, React, Maven, and cloud/Kubernetes environments, crafting rich web interfaces and robust backend services. Strong SQL skills with Oracle or PostgreSQL are required, along with good communication and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience in software development using Java and related frameworks.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in delivering secure solutions in Financial Services Sector is preferred.
• Broad understanding of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies is required.
• Experience in developing Java 17 based web applications using Spring Framework (6.x) or Springboot 3.x, and Hibernate (6.x) is must.
• Experience in writing efficient SQL queries against either Oracle or PostgreSQL database is must.
• Experience in developing rich web interfaces using React is must, package management using npm, and compilation/building/bundling using Node is desirable.
• Experience in bundling Java based applications/modules using Maven is must.
• Experience with software development using Copilot/Claude/Codex is desirable.
• Exposure to PCF / Azure / AWS is desirable.
• Experience in containerization using Kubernetes is desirable.
