Job summary

Athena Consultancy Services in Pune, India, is seeking an IAM Engineer to design, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions using Entra ID (Entra SSO, MFA, PIM, Entra ID connect and AD).

You will configure SAML, OAuth, and OIDC, implement MFA, troubleshoot auth issues, develop REST/Graph APIs for identity services, and work with DevOps to integrate IAM into CI/CD pipelines while managing LDAP directories.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Entra SSO, MFA, conditional access, PIM, Entra ID connect
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols: SAML, OAuth, OIDC
• Experience with MFA implementation and support
• Proficiency in troubleshooting identity and access management issues
• Hands-on experience with REST/Graph APIs and CI/CD pipeline integration
• Knowledge of LDAP protocol and directory services
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
