Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management specialist with 4+ years hands-on work on Microsoft Entra ID, Entra ID premium, SSO, MFA, CA, PAM/PIM, and related integrations. You will design and operate Entra ID deployments across client environments, align security policies, and automate routine tasks with scripting such as PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x5 operational support in rotation and from client location.
• Develop and maintain identity and access management policies.
• Register and configure applications in Entra ID (SAML, App Proxy, RBAC, CA).
• Review configurations and permissions to keep the environment secure.
• Monitor and handle tickets (incidents, requests, changes).
• Coordinate and support clients in application integration.
• Assist migrating applications to Entra ID as the IDP.

Job description

Job Title:

4+ years of hands-on technical experience enterprise-with Microsoft Identity and Access management services (Entra ID, Entra ID premium solutions, conditional access, SSO, MFA, PAM/PIM, and third party IAM solution integration with Entra ID) in implementation and operations. This should include designing and implementing Entra ID for organization including integrations with applications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in identity and access management, specifically with Entra ID and Entra Connect.
• Strong understanding of identity federation, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Experience with directory services, such as Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have very good interpersonal skills such as team player, clear and transparent communication skills, Constructive feedback, decision making, responsibility, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in identity and access management (e.g., Microsoft Certified:
• Identity and Access Administrator Associate).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24x5 operational support in rotation shift basic, and operate from client location
• Develop and maintain identity and access management policies and procedures.
• Support in registering all type of applications and their configuration in Entra ID. (SAML, App proxy, API management, manifest changes, RBAC, CA, etc.,)
• Review application configuration, permissions, access control and usages in way to keep the environment secure and risk free.
• Monitor and Handle tickets (incident/request/Changes) effectively.
• Providing effective Coordination and end to end Support to clients in integration of their applications.
• Assisting clients with Migrating applications (legacy platforms or other) to Entra ID as the IDP
