• Work with global teams to maintain system uptime and service reliability.
• Support configuration and minor enhancements in Salesforce and SAP modules.
• Participate in agile delivery teams and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Application Support & Operations

• Provide L1/L2 support for enterprise applications (Salesforce Unity, SAP modules, integrations)
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure timely resolution
• Work with global teams to maintain system uptime and service reliability

2. Development & Enhancement

• Support configuration and minor enhancements in: Salesforce (flows, reports, dashboards, basic Apex exposure) SAP (functional support / basic enhancements based on module)
• Assist in developing automation scripts and reusable components
• Participate in testing (functional, regression, UAT support)

3. Integration & Data Management

• Support integrations across platforms (API-based, middleware-driven)
• Assist in data validation, migration, and reporting activities
• Ensure adherence to data integrity and governance standards

4. Project Delivery & Continuous Improvement

• Work as part of agile delivery teams on enhancements and rollout projects
• Contribute to process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives
• Document solutions, SOPs, and troubleshooting knowledge base

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Vendors)
• Support business users with issue resolution and training when required
• Participate in global calls and status updates

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of: Programming (Java / Python / JavaScript) Databases (SQL) Software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Exposure (academic/project level) to any of: Salesforce / CRM concepts SAP basics (ERP concepts) Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Familiarity with tools: Git / version control Basic scripting (Python / Shell / PowerShell)

• Strong logical thinking and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to analyze issues and propose structured solutions
