  • Identify, log, and track defects through resolution, collaborating with engineering and QA leads.
  • Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring automated test coverage.
  • Support release readiness by providing clear defect reports, quality metrics, and risk assessments.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) as part of a global, cross-functional team.
Who You’ll Work With
  • QA Managers & Leads – Aligning on testing priorities, standards, and quality strategy.
  • Developers & Architects – Collaborating to implement test automation and troubleshoot defects.
  • Product Owners – Ensuring test coverage aligns with business requirements and customer use cases.
  • Global QA Teams – Coordinating with peers in the U. S. and other geographies for distributed delivery.
  • Operations & Support Teams – Validating fixes and triaging production issues when needed.

  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and enterprise platforms.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with global teams.
  • A proactive approach to identifying risks and suggesting process or automation improvements.
